Cancellation Policy
ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL. BOOKINGS CAN BE RESCHEDULED UP TO 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE WITHOUT PENALTY. Group Events and Courses: Due to the nature of our clinics we collect full payment upon registration. This allows us to book camping, pay for food, and secure local permits in advance. Private Guiding: To reserve a day with one of our guides we charge payment in full at time of booking. Rain Policy: - If we cancel due to weather in Joshua Tree: Full refund, minus 5% administration fee - If we cancel due to weather in Seneca Rocks: Full refund, minus 10% administration fee
