Climbing has taught us many life lessons, one of which is to always expect the unexpected! We promise to be understanding, kind, empathetic, and as helpful as possible when it comes to handling any unexpected curveballs life throws your way.

Group Events and Courses

Due to the nature of our clinics we collect full payment upon registration. This allows us to book camping, pay for food, and secure local permits in advance.

Private Guiding

Payment Policy

You may reschedule your tour with no penalties more than 60 days prior to start date. We do not honor refunds at this time.
If we cancel due to weather in Joshua Tree: Full refund, minus 5% administration fee
If we cancel due to weather in Seneca Rocks: Full refund, minus 10% administration fee

To reserve a day with one of our guides we request payment in full when you register.
